Officials Concerned About Second Coronavirus Outbreak in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

 Coronavirus

Kamran Bangash, Advisor to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Information, has once again urged the people to fully comply with the SOPs or recommendations to prevent the spread of the corona virus.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is concerned that the coronavirus may not spread in the second phase, Kamran Bangash told a news conference in Peshawar on Sunday. He added, "We want the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in general, and Peshawar in particular, to take precautionary measures, and that is their responsibility. "So, we will win the second round if people help."

Bangash also said that a second lockdown or embargo could not be imposed, but called on the public to help prevent the coronation.

Pakistan's central government has said that over the past few days, the number of positive cases of coronavirus has risen again and the number of positive cases in the country has risen to more than two per cent. The Union Minister for Planning, Asad Omar, wrote on his Twitter account on Sunday that the number of positive cases of coronavirus in the last six weeks was less than two per cent, but now it has risen again. .

On the other hand, the head of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Doctors' Union, Dr Amir Taj, told V&A Diva that the precautionary measures taken by the government have not been credible so far.

Dr Amirtaj added, "If you look at the number of tests in the last few weeks, now that they have been vaccinated again, and despite that, the more people get sick, the more likely they are to pass the disease on to others. There is no reason to be sick. "

According to Dr. Amir Taj, some of the main reasons for this are that the government has made "no effort on the part of the public" to implement SOPs or precautionary measures in schools and markets.

A few days ago, the central government once again issued SOPs or precautionary recommendations for wedding halls across the country to prevent the spread of the virus. According to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, 56 people have been infected with the corona virus in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 38,300.
