Doing these 5 things every day can make a big difference in your life:
1. Try to turn off your Facebook, Messenger, WhatsApp, YouTube, and mobile for hours at a time while you work and study. Science says that our brains do not have the capacity to focus on two things at once. According to research, even a simple and unimportant message can waste up to 40 percent of your work time.
2. Prolonged sitting in one place weakens your body and mind. Take a break of at least 5 minutes after each hour of work, study or any other activity. It takes you 5 minutes to walk. Stand at the window of the room and do other similar activities. However, the body is normal, the brain is active and life is happy.
3. Drinking one or two glasses of water every morning and afternoon guarantees your health, not less.
4. Your first task after morning tea should be to walk to the office, university or your work place.
- If you run more or less before tea in the morning, it will be better.
- And if a car follows you from the office, ask the driver to drop you off a few steps away from the office and then walk away.
5. Sit quietly for a few minutes each day. Your thoughts may go away and a lot of words come to your mind, but don't do or say anything. Just breathe and that’s it.
