Tiago has played in 39 international tournaments for Spain.
Spain's Tiago Alcantara has signed for four-year deal with Liverpool for 20million and has left Bayern Munich.
"It's a good feeling. I've been looking forward to this moment for so long. I'm so happy to be here today," the actor said.
Tiago will be wearing a number six shirt
He will play his final game against Chelsea on Sunday.
Tiago has twice won first place with Barcelona before moving to Bayern in 2013.
20 million will be paid in installments
"It's a great thing, I'm really happy that it was done successfully in the end," said Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp.
He added: "I know everyone at Bayern wants him to stay, it's natural and understandable because he's played a good role.
"I need to get acquainted with the new team as soon as possible," Thiago said.
