Officials from the Islamic Emirate and the United States will hold talks in Doha tomorrow
Russia's foreign ministry, meanwhile, says foreign ministers from a number of countries will meet in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe next week to discuss Afghanistan.
The Islamic Emirate says a delegation led by Acting Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mottaki arrived in Doha yesterday and is scheduled to meet with some EU representatives.
The delegation of the Islamic Emirate also includes officials of Health, Education, Finance, Da Afghanistan Bank, and the National Directorate of Security.
The Deputy Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate, Ahmadullah Wasiq, said:
Meanwhile, Pakistan's foreign minister has called for talks between Kabul and Washington, saying the international community must deal with the Taliban.
"Our message is clear, mistakes must not be repeated and Afghans must be left alone. The humanitarian and economic crisis in Afghanistan will affect the world," said Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Pakistan's foreign minister.

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said: "On December 2, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will join the Security and Cooperation Organization in Sweden and Afghanistan will be on the agenda."
