Apples prevent blood clots

Is it true that "there is no need for a doctor if there is an apple"?

That's right. New research shows that eating apples and vegetables that contain white milk prevents blood clots.

In a recent study, Dutch researchers found that eating 25 grams of apples or a vegetable with white milk helps prevent blood clots by 9%, according to the Health website.

They say that apples and pears have the most effective role in preventing blood clots, as they have white milk in the middle.

Fruits, green leafy vegetables, and malt have helped 82%  prevent blood clots, according to Linda O'Drive, a researcher at the University of Wageningen in the Netherlands.

But Linda also points out that this does not mean that Guinea does not benefit from fruits and vegetables that do not contain white milk, as it may be helpful in treating other chronic diseases. Recommends.

The study was conducted on about 20,000 people between the ages of 20 and 65, and divided them into several groups based on the fruits they ate.

The study lasted a full ten years, after which it was discovered that 233 people had a blood clot.

Eventually, the group found that people who ate more fruits and vegetables were less likely to have blood clots.

Research shows that nightshade fruits, such as apples, cauliflower, parsnips, mushrooms, bananas, apple peels and pears prevent blood clots.
